Dental Access sells products to both end consumers and professionals, students, and companies in the healthcare field.

We recommend that, before making a purchase, the customer completes their registration on our website, correctly providing their profile information:

• - End consumer
• - Student
• - Healthcare professional
• Company / Institution

This information is essential so that we can properly advise you on the possibility of acquiring restricted products, in accordance with current legislation.

Certain products are exclusively for professional use and may only be purchased by students in the health field (upon presentation of proof) and by legally qualified professionals, such as: dentists, dental technicians, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, chemists, laboratory technicians, clinics, laboratories and hospitals.

For these cases, the following will be required:

• - Active registration number (students);
• - Professional registration (CRO, TPD, CFM, CFF, among others);
• - Or the CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) of companies in the healthcare sector.

University students in the health field are entitled to a 15% discount on their purchases at Dental Access, in addition to the possibility of participating in the Dental Access Friends cashback program.

Discount conditions:

• Valid for students with active/enrolled status, upon presentation of proof;
• - Applicable to all products available in stock, limited to 1 unit per item;
• - This discount cannot be combined with other promotions;
• The 15% rate applies only to the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.
• The discount may be changed or canceled at any time without prior notice, except for orders that have already been completed.

⚠️ Important: Purchases for third parties are not permitted. If misuse is detected, the benefit will be permanently canceled.

To use the discount, the student must contact Dental Access to receive a personalized coupon linked to their name and CPF (Brazilian tax identification number).

The sale of whitening products directly to the end consumer will only be permitted upon presentation of a prescription issued by a qualified professional with active registration in the respective professional council.

The prescription should be sent to Dental Access via email or WhatsApp, either before or after the purchase.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order if the required documentation is not submitted.

Orders for restricted products placed without proper professional registration may be canceled, even after payment confirmation. Before cancellation, Dental Access will attempt to contact the customer, granting a period of up to 48 hours for registration regularization.

• Credit card: between 4 and 72 business hours;
• PIX: up to 1 hour;
• Bank slip payment: after processing, within 2 business days.

📌 In case of urgency, we recommend payment via PIX or credit card.

Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): Available for purchases starting at R$ 50.00; payment must be made within 2 business days of issuance; after this period, the order will be automatically canceled; shipping will only occur after bank clearance (up to 48 hours).

PIX, Deposit or Transfer: Payment via PIX can be made directly through the website using a QR Code or copyable code. The payment deadline is 60 minutes after the order is finalized.

Credit Card: Credit card payments are processed via Pagar.me Transparent Checkout (Stone Co.), with complete security.

Accepted card brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, Hipercard, Diners, Discover, Aura and JCB.

We also offer payment via PayPal, which can be redirected to the platform (a PayPal account is required).

Interest-free installments:

• Up to 10 interest-free installments on your credit card through the website, with a minimum installment of R$ 30.00;
• Through PayPal, you can pay in up to 3 interest-free installments, provided the minimum payment amount is met.

Purchases of R$150.00 or more automatically receive a 3% discount, regardless of the payment method. Discount coupons can be combined with this benefit.

Example:

• Automatic discount: 3%;
• Promotional coupon: 10%;
• Total discount applied: 13%.

The granting of automatic discounts is at the company's discretion and may be altered or suspended depending on the economic climate.

Subscription-based purchasing is a recurring revenue model that offers economic advantages in exchange for predictability and a purchase commitment, making it suitable for products used continuously.

All products are initially set up as a one-time purchase. To opt for a subscription, simply select that option on the product page.

• Monthly: 8% discount;
• Bimonthly: 4% discount;
• Prepaid (6 months): 12% discount;
• Maximum subscription duration: 10 months;
• Payment exclusively via PayPal;
• Cancellation is allowed at any time;
• The product price remains frozen for the duration of the subscription period.

Orders paid and confirmed by 2 PM are processed on the same business day. After that time, processing will occur on the next business day.

Completing an order represents an intention to purchase, subject to registration and credit analysis, stock availability, and payment confirmation.

Products made to order are those manufactured or imported on demand, without immediate stock.

• Delivery time of up to 20 business days for domestic products;
• Delivery time of up to 90 business days for imported products;
• Once the item arrives in stock, the normal delivery time applies;
• The customer is not responsible for customs fees;
• Cancellations are only accepted before the start of manufacturing or importation;
• Once the process has begun, it will not be possible to cancel or refund the amount paid.

In addition to general commercial terms, Dental Access offers specific relationship and academic support programs, such as Dental Access Friends and University Access, which can generate additional benefits depending on the client's profile and engagement.
