Payment Policy

Who can buy on our website?

The Dental Access website offers products for both the general consumer and those intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. Before making a purchase, consumers should register with the necessary information to identify their profile (regular consumer, student, professional, or business). This allows us to interact with them to provide appropriate guidance regarding the appropriateness of purchasing certain products.

Only academics in the health field (upon proof), dental surgeons, prosthetists, doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, chemists, clinics, laboratories and hospitals duly qualified to practice their profession and service, can make purchases at Dental Access of exclusive related products, for the exercise of their activities, that is, it is necessary to have a registration number, CRO, TPD, CFM, CFF, etc., or CNPJ for health-related services.

University Discount Program for Healthcare Students: All healthcare students will receive a 16% discount on all Dental Access purchases, in addition to the cashback option from the Dental Access Friends benefits program. This discount is granted on all products (one item per item) in stock and purchased by the student on our website, provided they can prove their " active/enrolled" healthcare student status . This is Dental Access's way of helping to cover the cost of materials needed for professional learning and training. This percentage may be changed or canceled at any time without prior notice, except for purchases already completed on our website. Students will not be permitted to purchase for third parties; if proven guilty, the discount will be permanently suspended for the student. This discount is not cumulative; that is, paying cash or by card receives a 16% discount on the purchase price, excluding shipping. To do so, university students must contact us and receive a personalized coupon (in their name and CPF) to apply on our website and receive the discount, provided that they prove their status as a university student in the health field.

* Please note : The sale of whitening products directly to the general consumer will only be permitted upon issuance of a prescription from a registered dental professional who recommends the product to the patient . The prescription must be sent to Dental Access (email or WhatsApp) before or after the purchase. Dental Access reserves the right to cancel the purchase if the required document is not received .


Orders placed without proper registration with the relevant Professional Association for products restricted to these categories will be canceled, even after payment confirmation. However, in this case, we will attempt to contact you first via the registered phone number or email address so that the registration can be completed with the relevant information within 48 hours. After that, we will proceed with the cancellation.

The delivery period indicated in the order starts counting from the date of payment identification, which varies according to the payment method:

  • Credit Card between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
  • Pix in up to one hour
  • Bank Slip: after clearing, which can take up to 2 business days

Therefore, if you need to receive your delivery urgently, we suggest paying by Credit Card or Pix.

What are the payment methods?

  • Bank slip (without discount) :

The bank slip will be automatically generated on the website for purchases of R$50.00 or more. Therefore, for purchases below this amount, this payment method will not be enabled on the website. The bank slip represents a personalized deposit for immediate payment and is compensable (payment accepted at any bank up to the due date). The customer must make the payment within a maximum of two business days. After this period, the order will be deleted from the system, and the payment slip will no longer be accepted. If the customer still wishes to make the purchase, they must place the order again.

When choosing this payment method, the order will only be shipped after payment confirmation, which will occur within 48 hours due to the bank agreement. Therefore, if you need your item shipped urgently, pay with PIX or credit card.

  • Deposit, transfers, TED/DOC or PIX (with discount) :

Customers can use PIX payments directly through the website, with complete security and convenience. Simply change the payment method and choose this option. Use the QR Code on your purchase screen to pay with PIX, or click " Copy QR Code " below the QR Code and paste it into your bank's app.

You will have 60 minutes to make the payment via PIX after completing the purchase, after which the QR Code will expire and your order will be canceled, requiring you to redo it.

If for any reason the customer is unable to access our website and makes the purchase by phone or WhatsApp, they can use the details below to make the payment by bank deposit, direct transfer from the same bank, PIX or TED/DOC.

Cash Discount x Discount Coupon

For all payment methods available on the website, purchases over R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) will be subject to an automatic 3% discount , the percentage of which will be determined by the company itself and may even cease to exist, depending on the status of the country's Economic Policy. DISCOUNT COUPONS will not overlap (cumulate) with this discount granted on the website, for the payment methods mentioned in this paragraph. Example: Automatic discount of 3% for payment by PIX, CARD or BOLETO (purchases over R$150.00), but the customer has a 10% DISCOUNT COUPON; therefore, the discount amount in this case will be a total of 13%.

  • Credit card

Credit card payments through "pagar-me" (a company of the Stone Co. Acquiring Group) directly on our website are completely secure. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, Hipercard, Diners Club, Discovery, Aura, and JCB .

However, if you still don't feel confident paying by credit card through our website, we offer a "PayPal redirect" option, which will redirect you to the PayPal website to make the payment through their platform. You must have a PayPal account to do this.

Pay in interest-free installments

The customer can pay for their purchases in installments using a credit card directly on our website , in up to 10 interest-free installments, respecting the minimum installment amount of R$30.00 (thirty reais). Or through PayPal redirect (you will be redirected to the PayPal website) in a maximum of 3 interest-free installments , with a minimum installment of R$30.00.

Example 1:

For a purchase totaling R$300.00 in the shopping cart, the website will allow payment in installments on a credit card in up to 10 installments of R$30.00 interest-free, on cards of the brands mentioned above or via PayPal redirect, in a maximum of 3 installments of R$100.00.

Example 2:

A purchase totaling R$30.00 (or less), the purchase by credit card through our website, will be in 1 interest-free installment of R$30.00 and through PayPal redirect, you can also pay in up to 1 installment of R$30.00.

Can I purchase on a recurring basis (Subscription)?

All products are pre-marked as "One-time purchase". To opt for a subscription is simple; just select the desired subscription option on the product page.

There are no fees for purchasing products on a recurring basis; you pay the discounted product price and shipping to your region if applicable (see conditions for FREE SHIPPING to the Southeast*).

We currently have the following subscription plans:

- Receive Monthly: pay in a scheduled monthly payment and receive the product monthly, and get an 8% discount.

- Receive Bimonthly: pay every 2 months on a scheduled basis, receive the product bimonthly, and get a 4% discount.

- Prepaid: Pay in advance every 6 months and receive the product monthly, and get a 12% discount.

The subscription period is 10 months, and payment is made only through PayPal. There is no obligation to maintain the subscription; you can cancel at any time.

Your subscription statement will be available in your profile.

The great advantage of the subscription is that, in addition to the discount obtained, you maintain the product price without price adjustments during the subscription period.

What is the billing period for my order for in-stock products?

The average order processing time is up to 1 business day after payment confirmation (note that in the case of bank slips, banks take up to 2 days to confirm payment). Orders placed and payment confirmed before 2:00 PM will be processed on the same business day ( fast shipping ). After this time, the order will be shipped the next business day.

When you complete your order, you are expressing your option to purchase . This does not yet imply acceptance by Dental Access.

Dental Access will perform a credit, registration, and inventory availability analysis. This process may take up to two days. Once payment is confirmed, the required information is correct, and there are no inventory issues, the order will be accepted, leading to the issuance of the sales invoice and other procedures.

Custom Product Policy

What are pre-order products?

The function of products on demand is to allow sales even without having stock for immediate shipment of the product .

We work with orders for some products, and this purchasing method is common in public tenders and/or for large quantities (wholesale), for products that need to be manufactured with a full expiration date in the case of perishables, medium and large equipment that is difficult to store, whose logistics are handled directly by the manufacturer to the end consumer, products manufactured in quantities above what the manufacturer has planned versus their raw material availability, and also products that need to be imported. These products will be available in our online store with the indication " Price upon request ". For other products, the offer is for immediate delivery, provided they are in stock.

The order will be accepted upon payment for the chosen product + shipping costs calculated at the time of payment. The shipping cost is based on the recipient's postal code. The customer is not responsible for any extra fees such as customs duties in the case of products to be imported on request.

From the payment confirmation, the delivery time will be calculated as follows: up to 20 business days for domestic products and up to 90 business days for imported products. This time is necessary for manufacturing and execution of the work or logistics for importing the product by ship, respecting the order queue. After the product is made and arrives at our store, consider the delivery time, which may vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping zip code. This time is provided by the Postal Service (up to 30kg) or carriers (over 30kg).

Colors and materials are subject to seasonality and stock availability from our suppliers. If the desired color or material is not available and another offer is not accepted by the buyer, the amount invested in the order will be refunded within 7 business days, before manufacturing or customs clearance.

After the start of manufacturing or customs clearance, cancellation will not be possible, and the amount invested in the order will not be refunded.
