Who can buy from our website?

The Dental Access website offers products for both the average consumer and those intended for professionals and companies in the healthcare sector. Ideally, consumers should register before making a purchase, providing the necessary information so we can identify their profile (average consumer, student, professional, or company). This allows us to interact and provide appropriate guidance regarding the suitability of purchasing specific products.

Only academics in the health field (upon proof), including dental surgeons, dental technicians, doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians, pharmacists, chemists, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals duly authorized to practice their profession and service, may purchase exclusive related products from Dental Access for the exercise of their activities. In other words, it is necessary to possess a registration number, CRO, TPD, CFM, CFF, etc., or a CNPJ for health-related services.

University Discount Program for Health Sciences Students: All university students in the health sciences field will receive a 16% discount on all purchases at Dental Access, in addition to the cashback option from the Dental Access Friends benefits program. This discount is granted on all products (one item each) in stock and purchased by the student on our website, provided that the " status: active/enrolled" as a university student in the health sciences field is proven. This is a way for Dental Access to help cover the cost of materials necessary for learning and training for the profession. This percentage may be changed or canceled at any time without prior notice, except for purchases already completed on our website. Purchases by the university student for third parties are not permitted; if such an act is proven, the discount will be permanently suspended for the student who proceeds in this way. This discount is not cumulative; that is, whether paying in cash or by card, the discount is 16% on the value of the product purchase, excluding shipping. To receive the discount, university students must contact us and receive a personalized coupon (with their name and CPF number) to apply on our website, provided they can prove their status as a university student in the health field.

* Attention : The sale of whitening products directly to the average consumer will only be permitted upon presentation of a prescription issued by a professional registered with the relevant professional council, who assists the patient and recommends the purchase of the product . The prescription must be sent to Dental Access (email or WhatsApp) before or after the purchase. Dental Access reserves the right to cancel the purchase if it does not receive the necessary document .


Orders placed without proper registration with the relevant professional council, for products restricted to such categories, will be canceled, even after payment confirmation. However, in this case, we will first attempt to contact you by phone or email so that, within 48 hours, the registration can be completed with the relevant information, after which we will proceed with the cancellation.

The delivery time indicated in the order begins counting from the date the payment is identified, which varies according to the payment method:

  • Credit Card between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
  • Pix payments in up to one hour.
  • Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário): after processing, which can take up to 2 business days.

Therefore, if you need your delivery urgently, we suggest making the payment via Credit Card or Pix.

What are the payment methods?

  • Bank slip (no discount) :

A bank slip (boleto bancário) will be automatically generated on the website for purchases of R$50.00 or more. Therefore, for purchases below this amount, this payment method will not be available on the website. The bank slip represents a personalized, cash-payment deposit (payment is accepted at any bank until the due date). The customer must make the payment within a maximum of 2 business days; after this period, the order will be deleted from the system and payment of the bank slip will no longer be accepted. If the customer still wishes to make the purchase, they must place the order again.

By choosing this payment method, the order will only be shipped after payment confirmation, which will take place within 48 hours according to the agreement with the banks. Therefore, if you need the merchandise shipped urgently, please prefer payment via PIX or credit card.

  • Deposit, transfers, TED/DOC or PIX (with discount) :

The customer can use PIX payment directly through the website, with complete security and convenience, simply by changing the payment method and selecting this option. Use the QR Code on your purchase screen to pay via PIX, or click on " Copy QR Code " located just below the QR Code and paste it into the app you use with your bank.

You will have 60 minutes to make the payment via PIX after completing your purchase. After this time, the QR code will expire and your order will be canceled, requiring you to place it again.

If for any reason the customer loses access to our website and makes the purchase by phone or WhatsApp, they can use the information below to make the payment via bank deposit, direct transfer within the same bank, PIX, or TED/DOC.

Cash discount vs. Discount Coupon

For all payment methods available on the website, purchases of R$150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais ) or more will be subject to an automatic 3% discount . This percentage is at the sole discretion of the company and may be discontinued depending on the country's economic policy. Discount coupons will not be cumulative with this discount applied to the website for the payment methods mentioned in this paragraph. Example: Automatic 3% discount for payment by PIX, CARD or BOLETO (purchases over R$150.00), but the customer has a 10% discount coupon; therefore, the total discount in this case will be 13%.

  • Credit card

Paying by credit card through the "pagar-me" Transparent Checkout (a company of the Stone Co. Acquiring Group) directly on our website is completely secure. The following card brands are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, Hipercard, Diners, Discovery, Aura, and JCB .

However, if you still don't feel comfortable making a credit card payment through our website, we offer a "PayPal redirect," which will take you to the PayPal website to make the payment through their platform. A PayPal account is required for this.

Pay in installments with no interest.

The customer can pay for their purchases in installments using a credit card directly on our website , in up to 10 interest-free installments, respecting the minimum installment amount of R$30.00 (thirty reais). Or through PayPal redirection (you will be redirected to the PayPal website) in a maximum of 3 interest-free installments , with a minimum installment of R$30.00.

Example 1:

For purchases totaling R$300.00 in the shopping cart, the website will allow payment in installments of up to 10 installments of R$30.00 without interest, using the credit card brands mentioned above, or via PayPal redirect, in a maximum of 3 installments of R$100.00.

Example 2:

For purchases totaling R$30.00 (or less), if paid by credit card through our website, the amount of R$30.00 will be paid in one interest-free installment. Alternatively, you can pay in up to one installment of R$30.00 via PayPal redirect.

Can I make a recurring purchase (Subscription)?

All products are already pre-marked as "One-time purchase". To opt for a subscription, simply select the desired subscription option on the product page.

There are no fees for recurring product purchases; you pay the discounted product price plus shipping to your region, if applicable (see conditions for FREE SHIPPING to the Southeast region*).

We currently offer the following subscription plans:

Receive Monthly Payments: Pay monthly on a scheduled basis and receive the product monthly, plus an 8% discount.

- Receive Bimonthly: pay every 2 months on a scheduled basis and receive the product bimonthly and get a 4% discount.

- Prepaid: Pay in advance every 6 months and receive the product monthly, plus a 12% discount.

The subscription period is 10 months and payment is only accepted via PayPal. There is no obligation to maintain the full subscription period; you can cancel at any time.

Your subscription statement will be available in your account.

The great advantage of subscribing is that, in addition to the discount you receive, you maintain the product price without price adjustments during the subscription period.

What is the billing time for my order for products that are in stock?

The average processing time for orders is up to 1 business day after payment confirmation (please note that in the case of bank slips, banks take up to 2 days to confirm payment). Orders placed and with payment confirmed before 2 PM will be processed on the same business day ( fast shipping ); after this time, the order will be shipped on the next business day.

By completing your order, you are expressing an interest in purchasing . This does not yet imply acceptance on the part of Dental Access.

Dental Access will conduct a credit, registration, and stock availability analysis. This process may take a maximum of 2 days. Once payment is confirmed, the registration data is correct with the necessary information, and there are no stock issues, the order will be accepted, and the sales invoice will be issued, followed by other procedures.

Custom Product Policy

What are custom-made products?

The function of made-to-order products is to allow sales even without having the product in stock for immediate shipment .

We work with custom orders for some products, and this purchasing method is very common in public tenders and/or in large quantities (wholesale), for products that need to be manufactured with a full expiration date in the case of perishables, medium and large-sized equipment that is difficult to store, whose logistics are handled directly from the manufacturer to the end consumer, manufactured in quantities exceeding the manufacturer's forecast versus their availability of raw materials, and also products that need to be imported. These products will be available in our online store with the indication " Price upon request ," for other products, the offer is for immediate delivery, provided it is available in stock.

The order will be accepted upon payment of the chosen product + shipping cost calculated at the time of payment; the shipping cost is based on the product's delivery zip code. The customer is not responsible for any extra fees such as customs duties in the case of products to be imported on order.

Once payment is confirmed, a processing time of up to 20 business days will be calculated for domestic products and up to 90 business days for imported products. This timeframe is necessary for manufacturing and processing, or for importing the product by ship, respecting the order queue. After the product is manufactured and arrives at our store, consider the delivery time, which can vary from 3 to 7 business days depending on the shipping zip code. This timeframe is provided by the postal service (up to 30kg) or transport companies (over 30kg).

Colors and materials are subject to seasonality and stock availability from our suppliers. If the desired color or material is not available and another offer is not accepted by the buyer, the amount invested in the order will be refunded within 7 business days, before manufacturing or customs clearance.

Once manufacturing has begun or customs clearance has occurred, cancellation is not possible, and no refund of the amount invested in the order will be given.
