Who can buy on our website?

Dental Access sells products to both end consumers and professionals, students, and companies in the healthcare field. Before making a purchase, please complete your registration by correctly informing your profile:

This information is essential so that we can adequately advise on the possibility of acquiring restricted products, in accordance with current legislation.

Products Exclusive for Professional Use

Certain products are exclusive for professional use and can only be acquired by health area academics (with proof) and by legally qualified professionals, such as: dental surgeons, prosthetists, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, chemists, laboratory technicians, clinics, laboratories, and hospitals.

For these cases, the presentation of:

• Active enrollment number (students)
• Professional registration (CRO, TPD, CFM, CFF, among others)
• Or CNPJ of health area companies

University Discount Program – Health Area

University students in the health area are entitled to a 15% discount on their purchases at Dental Access, in addition to the possibility of participating in the Dental Access Friends cashback program.

Discount conditions:

• Valid for students with active/enrolled status, with proof
• Applicable to all products available in stock, limited to 1 unit per item
• The discount is not cumulative with other promotions
• The 15% discount applies only to the value of the products, not including shipping
• The discount may be changed or canceled at any time, without prior notice, except for orders already completed

Sale of Products with Restriction to the End Consumer

The sale of whitening products directly to the end consumer will only be allowed upon presentation of a prescription issued by a qualified professional, with active registration in the respective class council.

The prescription must be sent to Dental Access by email or WhatsApp, before or after the purchase.

The company reserves the right to cancel the order if the documentation is not presented.

Orders for restricted products placed without the proper professional registration may be canceled, even after payment confirmation. Before cancellation, Dental Access will attempt to contact the customer, granting a period of up to 48 hours to regularize the registration.

Payment Methods

We offer multiple payment options. Each method includes the confirmation period and the shipping period for the order:

Automatic Discount × Discount Coupons

Purchases from R$ 150.00 automatically receive a 3% discount. Promotional coupons can be applied cumulatively, further increasing savings.

The granting of an automatic discount is a company discretion and may be changed or suspended according to the economic scenario.

Subscription Purchases (Recurrence)

Recurrence model with economic advantages in exchange for purchase predictability. Ideal for continuous use products. Select the subscription option directly on the product page.

Invoicing and Order Acceptance

Orders paid and confirmed by 2 PM are processed on the same business day. After this time, processing will occur on the next business day.

The completion of the order represents an intention to purchase, subject to cadastral and credit analysis, stock availability, and payment confirmation.

On-Demand Products Policy

On-demand products are those manufactured or imported on demand, without immediate stock.

• Up to 20 business days for national products
• Up to 90 business days for imported products
• After arriving in stock, the normal delivery period applies
• The customer does not bear customs fees
• Cancellations are only accepted before the start of manufacturing or import
• Once the process has started, it will not be possible to cancel or refund the amount paid
