These products are new and perfect for use, in their original factory packaging, and with an expiration date of less than four months. They should only be purchased if they are viable for consumption, within their short expiration date. Many people have the mistaken perception that these products are of low quality or less effective. However, the reality is quite different. At Dental Access, we maintain strict quality control and ensure that all our products, even those with an upcoming expiration date, meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Where to find and how to identify them on the website?
The "expired" ones have the discount percentage inversely proportional to the expiration date, that is, the higher the discount percentage, the shorter the expiration date (closer to expiration) and are located in the Menu Offers item, or identified with a blue stripe, above the image of the product containing the discount percentage.
Due to limited inventory of near-expiration items, perishable products cannot be exchanged . They can only be returned within 7 days of receipt in accordance with our "Exchanges and Returns" policy, which includes the necessary procedures for return and refund. Returned items must be returned with all components and in the same packaging (unopened) as received.
