Double Layer Fabric Mask Cotton Elastic Polyamide Polyester Yarn

Respiratory protection mask, for non-professional use, made of 100% cotton fabric in a double layer for greater protection and air filtration. Rectangular polyamide elastic on the top, sides, and bottom in the fabric finish, providing a greater closure around the face, and stitching reinforced with polyester thread.

Target Audience Indication:

Anyone can use non-professional face masks, including children (over 2 years old) and people with disabilities (see contraindications), as long as the material's tolerance, fit, and hygiene are respected. Recommended for use in public places (e.g., supermarkets, pharmacies, and public transportation).

Contraindications ( should not be used by ):

• health professionals during their work;
• infected or suspected patients (with symptoms);
• people who care for infected patients;
• children under 2 years of age, people with respiratory problems or who are unconscious, incapacitated or unable to remove the mask without assistance;
• other people contraindicated by the health professional.

Recommendations and Precautions for Use:

• It is recommended that each person has around 5 (five) individual use masks (do not share);
• Ensure that the mask is in usable condition (clean and unbroken);
• Clean your hands with soap and water or a 70% alcohol solution before putting it on and after taking it off;
• Do not touch the mask, that is, hold it by the elastic when putting it on and when removing it for immediate washing;
• Wash the mask beforehand and separately from other clothes with running water and mild soap;
• When washing, leave to soak in bleach or other equivalent disinfectant for 20 to 30 minutes;
• Rinse under running water to remove any chemical residue;
• Avoid twisting the mask too hard and let it dry;
• Iron with a hot iron;
• A maximum of 30 washes is recommended, after which it should be discarded in a paper or plastic bag;
• Repeat the hand hygiene procedure after removing the mask;
• Completely cover your mouth and nose, leaving no gaps on the sides;
• Maintain comfort and breathing space;
• Avoid using lipstick or other makeup or foundation while using the mask;
• Do not use the mask for a long time (maximum 3 hours);
• Change it after this period and whenever it is damp, visibly dirty, damaged or has difficulty breathing.
