Normal Setting and Color Change Impression Material.
Classified as Type II, it sets normally and exhibits excellent elasticity and compatibility with plaster. Its color-changing properties (chromatic) facilitate its use, and the presence of chlorhexidine in its composition eliminates or reduces cross-contamination. AVAGEL has a pleasant tutti-frutti flavor and is indicated for full or partial impressions of dentate or edentulous arches.

Biochromatic:

It turns pink during mixing, returning to white after complete gelation, indicating the appropriate time to remove the tray from the mouth. After the necessary disinfection time, the mold returns to its pink color, indicating the best time to pour the plaster.

Care:

Contains silica. Inhaling dry powder may be harmful to health. Store away from heat and moisture.

Composition:

Diatomite, Potassium Alginate, Calcium Sulfate, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Polyethylene Glycol, Aerosil, Anhydrous Alcohol, Magnesium Carbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin, Potassium Sulfate, Chlorhexidine Diacetate, Mint and Tutti-Frutti Flavor, Zinc Oxide, and Succinic Acid. Impressions should always be washed and disinfected, as recommended by the ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
