Large Gel Thermal Bag
Description:
It can be used both hot and cold, is reusable, and freeze-resistant. It can be cooled in the freezer and heated in the microwave (always immersed in water) or in hot water. The bag molds perfectly to the body and is non-toxic.
Indication:
Cold Pack (Cryotherapy)
Cold application is recommended for the first 48 hours after an injury occurs. Muscle injuries (sprains, bruises, strains), fever, bruising, bleeding, edema, acute pain (headache/toothache), inflammatory processes, post-operative plastic surgery, facial surgery, burns, and insect bites.
Hot Bag (Thermotherapy)
The application of heat is recommended 48 hours after the occurrence of injuries. Muscle injuries (sprains, bruises, strains, contractures, stiff necks), back pain (low back pain, neck pain), rheumatic pain, muscle stress, cramps, chronic and acute pain, inflammatory processes (abscesses, localized lesions), and earaches.
How to Use:
Cold Pack (Cryotherapy)
Place the bag in the freezer for at least two and a half hours. After this time, remove it and place it in a cover or wrap it in a towel, applying it to the desired area.
Hot Bag (Thermotherapy)
Heating in hot water: boil the water, turn off the flame and immerse the bag, keeping it submerged for the time indicated for each size:

Size P: 6 minutes;

Size M: 8 minutes

Size G: 12 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water (without using sharp objects) and place it in a cover or wrap it in a towel, then apply it to the desired area.
Microwave heating: Submerge the bag in a microwave-safe container of water. Heat for the recommended time for each size:

Size P: 3 minutes;

Size M: 3 minutes and 30 seconds;

Size G: 4 minutes.
Remove and test before use. If necessary, heat again for another 15 seconds. Distribute the heat before applying, as heating may not be uniform. Then, place in a cover or wrap in a towel and apply to the desired area.
It is recommended to apply this product for approximately 20 minutes or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Care and Conservation

Improper use of the Bag may cause burns;

For your safety, always use the Bag in a cover or wrapped in a towel. Never apply directly to skin;

Check the product for holes or tears before use. If so, discard it.

Monitor the bag while it is heating. If it begins to expand, immediately turn off the microwave or remove it from the hot water.

Never heat the Bag in the microwave without completely covering it with water;

Do not use sharp objects to handle the Bag;

People with sensitivity to heat or cold, or with circulatory problems, should consult a doctor before applying the product;

If the temperature seems unpleasant, stop using it, wait a while and then apply the product again;

Do not use the product for more than 20 consecutive minutes;

The gel is non-toxic, but if it breaks, do not ingest it. If the gel comes into contact with your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If it comes into contact with your eyes, flush them thoroughly with water and consult an ophthalmologist.

Keep the product in the freezer or freezer when not in use to ensure immediate cooling. To apply heat, wait a few minutes for the heating process to begin.

Avoid direct contact of the product with the freezer walls, as it may stick and break when removed;

The bag should not be kept in hot water for long periods. Constant and prolonged heating can reduce its strength, favoring rupture.
