How to use/without adhesive:

Place the product in the back of the shoe

How to use/with sticker:

Clean the area where the product will be attached to the shoe, keeping it free of dust and moisture from your feet. Remove the protective film from the adhesive and attach the product to the back of the shoe, pressing firmly with your toes. Wait 24 hours before using.

Cleaning:

Clean with a damp cloth

Storage:

Keep in a dry, ventilated place, protected from sunlight.

Note: When removing the adhesive product from the shoe, use glue remover to remove any residue.
