Features:
Gel-based pouch for hot or cold use, heated in a double boiler or microwave and cooled in the refrigerator. Gentle chamomile scent.

Indications:
As a hot pack: Abdominal cramps, bruises and sprains, neck pain, lower back pain, muscle pain, cramps and stiff neck.
As a cold pack: Insect bites, bruises and sprains, swelling and toothache.

For the treatment of muscle and joint trauma through cold and/or heat therapy, we recommend using two alternating hot/cold thermal bags.
