The disposable cervical brush features soft bristles in a conical shape ideal for collecting endocervical material, without bleeding or perforations, ensuring a smear with excellent endocervical cellularity.
According to the procedure and method of the professional who will perform the collection, an external examination of the vulva is performed and then the cells from the cervix are collected using a cervical brush.

After collecting the cells, they must be deposited on a glass slide, a technique known as smear, fixed with the aid of a cytological fixative and sent to the laboratory specialized in cytopathology for
analysis.
