What's that smell?

Did you know that pink pepper isn't even a pepper? It's the fruit (seed) of a South American tree called the aroeira, a member of the same family as the mango and cashew. Despite this, it's mildly spicy and has already taken the culinary world by storm. Its seed is quite aromatic, which is why it's also been used in fragrances.
