Knee Orthosis with Metal Hinges

The Mercur Metal Hinged Knee Orthosis provides increased stability for weak or injured knees. The locking metal hinges offer extra support, preventing hyperextension and lateral movement, allowing for extension and flexion.

Differentials:

• It has adjustable straps for better compression;
• Lateral metal hinges provide greater stability to the knee;
• It can be used as an immobilizer, simply by inverting the hinges;
• Made of Neoprene, which retains body heat.

Indications:

• Prevention or treatment of injuries (sprains/bruises);
• Use after plaster removal;
• Use after arthroscopy;
• Prevention of relapse upon return to activities;
• Chronic knee instabilities;
• Arthrosis;

Composition:

• Covering (textile): 100% polyamide.
• Internal: 100% rubber (Neoprene, SBR, NR).
