Intended Use
Indicated for non-invasive auscultation of sounds produced by the cardiorespiratory system and internal organs. The sounds are captured by the auscultator and conducted to the ear canal through the tube and stems.

Types of Stethoscopes
The stethoscope has five types of interchangeable auscultation pieces:
Closed Type (Diaphragm)
• Large: ideal for high-frequency heart sounds
• Small: indicated for pediatric use
Open Type (Campanula)
• Large: captures low and medium frequency sounds with pinpoint accuracy
• Medium: ideal for medium and low intensity noises in narrow areas (e.g., between ribs)
• Small: for pediatric use, excellent for soft heart sounds in children
