Indicated to replace manual function, palmar grip, in people with muscular weakness such as spinal cord injury, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, etc. It can be used in conjunction with a positioning orthosis in patients with dystonia or spasticity.

It can be shaped with a greater or lesser curve and mainly receives the following accessories:
