Cotton Suture Thread

Cotton/polyester thread (39% cotton and 61% polyester) is a non-absorbable surgical thread, that is, when used in a living organism it is not absorbed by it.

Its origin is partly natural (cotton) and partly synthetic (polyester) and consists of elementary fibers gathered together by twisting.

The wire diameter corresponds to surgical number 3-0 and has a breaking strength greater than 1700 gf.
