Yamay Type III Stone Plaster is indicated for the preparation of orthodontic work that requires high mechanical resistance. It is of the alpha type, with a short setting time, has fine granulometry, a pearly and silky shine, characteristics that facilitate the model finishing process. In order to obtain better use of Yamay Type III Plaster, it is recommended to handle the plaster in hygienic environments, with clean, dry instruments and filtered water*.

Composition: Calcium Sulfate (Alpha Hemihydrate), dyes and flavorings if necessary.

Physical Properties:

• Consistency: 30 to 40 ml of water for 100g of powder.
• Working time: 2 to 8 minutes.
• Setting time: 8 to 10 minutes.
• Plaster stabilization time: 2 hours in a dry, ventilated place.
• Compressive strength: 400 kgf/cm².

Instructions for use:

• Wet the plastic tub and let the excess water drain. Pour the correct amount of filtered water into the tub and add the powder slowly to avoid bubbles.
• Stir in a circular motion to avoid bubbles forming, for 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth.

Care: Wear a mask to avoid inhalation.

Storage: Store in a closed container, in a dry and ventilated place.

Validity: 3 years after packaging.

Available in colors: salmon, white, yellow.

Strawberry and orange flavors available.

Exclusively for laboratory use in accordance with RDC 260/2002.

*to ensure the quality of the plaster and prevent the proliferation of fungi in the model, clean the water tank every six months.
