Description:
Microscopy Slides are made of neutral glass, with a thickness of 1.0-1.2 mm and dimensions of 25.4 x 76.2 mm. They are presented with smooth edges and unpolished edges for this code (7102).
Matte edge slides have a matte area approximately 20 mm long at one end, which makes labeling easier.
Blades with lapped edges are manufactured using grinding processes, which result in fine, high-quality lapped edges, reducing the risk of cuts and infections during laboratory manipulations.
The blades are laser cut, washed, vacuum sealed and packed in cardboard boxes of 50, interspersed one by one with sheets of paper with antifungal treatment.
