Laminar Sandpaper

Laminar (nail) files are ideal for polishing nails, removing burrs, reducing the thickness of nails when they are very thick and hardened, and small periungual finishes (around the nails).

Sandpaper has different grits (number of grains of sand per square centimeter), with the lower the grit, the coarser it will be. They are divided as follows:

• GR 080 - GR 100: Very Coarse
• GR 120 - GR 150: Thick
• GR 180 - GR 220: Medium (220 being the common Laminar Sandpaper)
• GR 280 - GR 320: Fines
• GR 320> : Very Fine (Polishing)
