Features:

Composition: Made of four layers: outer layer of polypropylene synthetic fiber; middle layer of structural synthetic fiber; filtering layer of electrostatically treated synthetic fiber; inner layer of facial contact synthetic fiber. With elastic head straps to support the facepiece and a metal strap for adjustment over the nasal septum.

This respirator falls into category D.1 b) filtering half-face piece (PFF2) for protection of the respiratory tract against dust, mist and fumes.

Respirator according to standard NBR 13698 (1) for Filtering Half Face Piece.

• Maximum exhalation resistance (3) 300 Pa

Indication for Use:

• Indicated for protection of the respiratory tract against dust, mists and metallic or plastic fumes, such as: asbestos*, silica**, mineral coal, aluminum ore, iron ore, textile fibers, refined cement, lime, talc, caustic soda, washing powder, vegetable dust, sanding and grinding dust, among others.
• For use against water-based solid and liquid aerosols only.
• It must be used with the knowledge and approval of the Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene departments or the person responsible for the company. It is for personal use and non-transferable.

* If the aerosol contains asbestos (up to 2 fibers/cm³), below the exposure limit, at least a PFF2 half-face piece must be used.
** If the aerosol contains crystalline silica, at least a PFF2 half-face piece must be selected if the Minimum Required Protection Factor (MRPF) is less than 10.
