How to use: 

- Electric Air Freshener : add 5 drops of EO + 10 drops of water (optional) and plug into the socket for an average 30m2 room.

- Ultrasonic Diffuser : Add 1 to 2 drops of EO for every 100ml of water, turn on the device, and adjust as desired. Do not use in diffusers with cotton filters or nebulizers.

- Inhalation : add 1 to 3 drops of EO to a cotton ball, place it between your hands in a cupped shape and inhale deeply 3 to 5 times.

- Face : dilution 0.2% to 0.5%. Use 1 to 2 drops of EO for 20 g of carrier base and mix well before applying.

- Full body: dilute 0.5% to 1%. Use 7 to 12 drops of EO per 50 g of carrier base and mix well before applying.

- Specific areas (body): dilute 2% to 5%. Use 10 to 25 drops of EO per 20 g of carrier oil and mix well before applying. Massaging the area for about 5 minutes helps enhance the benefits of the essential oils.

- Hair : 0.5% dilution. Use 3 drops of EO for 20 g of carrier base/neutral shampoo and mix well before applying.
