Fine Aluminum Oxide 100

Its main function is surface wear, and is therefore used for the treatment of metal crowns, adhesive prostheses and cores; preparations in composite resin and porcelain restorations, cleaning of temporary restorations, removal of cement from indirect prostheses and brackets, in addition to promoting microretentions.

Sandblasting with aluminum oxide is especially used in dental prosthetics, implantology, orthodontics and dentistry, due to the shear bond strength between the filling cement, or cleaning power, removal of oxidized layers, surface preparation and even finishing and polishing of amalgam restorations.
