Smart Derma Roller is an aesthetic device, consisting of a roller containing 540 units of titanium microneedles, interspersed and symmetrical in a cylindrical shape, with lengths that can vary from 0.25 mm to 2.50 mm and a diameter of 0.13 mm.

Guidelines:

Professional: Properly cleanse the patient's skin before application. Topical anesthetic block is recommended for needles exceeding 1.00 mm in length (depending on sensitivity and tolerance).

In practice:

The device should be rolled in a back-and-forth motion, five to ten times (as needed), in four different directions (vertical, horizontal, diagonal right and left) across the entire area being treated. Each pass produces approximately 16 microperforations/cm². Be sure to apply the same pressure and speed across the entire treatment area.
