The OMS Millennium - Golgran Millimeter Probe is used in periodontics to assess pocket depth, attachment level, anatomical configurations, and gingival bleeding.

It is widely used in epidemiological studies, as the sphere at the active tip helps to more easily identify local inflammation. It has markings of 3.5mm - 5.5mm and 11.5mm.
