"Velpeau" Upholstered Stabilizing Sling

The Mercur "Velpeau" Upholstered Stabilizing Sling can be used on the right or left arm, ensuring immobilization of the shoulder, arm, and forearm. Made of durable, washable material, it features straps that can be adjusted with just one hand.

Use:

Immobilization of the upper limb (immobilizes the shoulder, arm and forearm).

• Severe shoulder instability (traumatic or rheumatoid arthritis).
• Stroke sequelae.
• Bruises.
• Dislocations.
• Recurrent dislocations.
• Fractures of the humerus and elbow.
• Bursitis.
• Periarthritis.
• Ideal for post-operative period.

Differentials:
- Made of denim, upholstered and with adjustable strap for height and bilateral adjustment.
- To choose the appropriate size, measure from the elbow to the tip of the little finger. The wrist must be fully supported to avoid deformities such as ulnar deviation, radial deviation, and postural edema.

- Inside and outside: 100% cotton.
